Do you have a passion for working with people and a head for new tech – if so, we’d like to hear from you. We are looking for an enthusiastic and switched-on candidate to join our growing team based in Newquay, Cornwall.

We make workforce management software for the physical security industry. Your job will be to train new customers on how to use the system and look after them throughout the customer lifecycle. We have been expanding rapidly year-on-year and this role will see you develop into a dept manger with several direct reports.

This is a full-time office-based role. The office environment is fun and dynamic; we are right on the beach and there’s a pool table and bar onsite! We work hard but believe in the importance of good work/life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new customers
  • Account management of existing customers
  • Helping design and implement new workflows/processes
  • Providing 1st line support
  • Designing and running training sessions for new feature releases
  • Product champion for Monday.com
  • Reporting to senior management
  • Attending national events and tradeshows (infrequent)
  • Managing a team (as we grow)

Ideal skills

  • Customer service experience
  • Training or support experience
  • Experience using Monday.com or other CRM
