One of the major features released by Guardhouse in 2022 was the Compliance Request and Service. This feature cuts down on the time gathering and maintaining staff compliances. Administrators and managers can now request licences and/or compliances from staff. The staff can upload the licence and/or compliance and send it back to the admin or manager for approval. Once a licence or compliance is approved, the details will be attached to the staff's profile, thus eliminating the manual upload process.
